4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all 3D files you upload and convert through our service. By uploading a file, you confirm that:

• You own the file or have the right to convert it

• You grant us a temporary, limited license solely to process the conversion

5. File Handling and Deletion

We handle your files as follows:

• Uploaded files are stored temporarily on our secure servers for processing only
• All files (uploaded and converted) are automatically deleted after 1 hour
• We do not guarantee file availability beyond this 1-hour window
• You are responsible for downloading your converted file within 1 hour

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Convert3D.online may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Convert3D.online is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Converted files will be perfect or identical to the original in all aspects
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Some format conversions may have limitations based on format compatibility. We recommend always keeping backups of your original files.
